Divine Contemplation for All or The Simple Art of Communing With God
By Dom Savinien Louismet, O.S.B.
In its true self, Divine Contemplation is the grandest, noblest, sweetest, easiest thing in the world; in some measure, and under some form or other, obligatory on all. By communing with God, the darkest life can be illuminated; that of the slave, of the convict, of the prisoner of war, of the bedridden sufferer, of the victim of injustice and persecution or even of his own past misdeeds - indeed, the victim of any kind of misfortune.
